Terms of service
By requesting a commission, you automatically accept the terms of service bellow.*1 - Payment
- Prices in USD
- The options for payment are as follows: Paypal, Ko-Fi (if unable to use such method others can be discussed)
- Only accept payment after the client is satisfied with the sketch
- The commission must either be paid half at the start and half after completed, or fully at start.
- No refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission.*2 - Time and Process
- The commission will be continued after the sketch point after payment is made
- The client may request any number of changes until rendering is started, after rendering is started the client is limited to 5 changes.
- Time for finishing the comission can vary from a few days to a month depending on: the number of comissions, date it was requested, details of comission (For example: amount of characters), and others. The client will be informed on the expected time of the commission before payment, it may have a small variation to the actual completion time.
- The final file will be delivered throught either on EMAIL, Discord, Twitter or other method the client and I agree upon (For example: messages on other apps)
- Progress status of the artwork will be sent as its continued, and may be requested at any time.
- The client may request changes before the artwork is completed, after completion a fee will be applyed*3 - Copyright
- The authorship of the art remains mine and if the artwork is posted on any platform, i must be credited.
- All commissions are normally published by me, but if the client is against it, they may request for it not to be done, but it will apply an aditional fee. If the client wishes for it to be only published at a later date it may be discussed before payment without additional fees
- Commissions for any commercial use must be informed before payment, as they require prior negotiation and have different prices.*4 - Special Cases
- Under specific circumstances the client may request changes to the terms of service they must follow, in such cases my explicit confirmation via Email or written confirmation is required.
- For clients that read this far into the terms of service send me a photo of this paragraph and you may be given a small discount.
- Certain NSFW requests might have diferent prices that will be informed before payment*5 - Commercial purposes
- Include and are not limited to any usage of the artwork for profit, advertisement or brands.
